The impact of Covid-19 has affected the number of blood donations BC is able to collect, with fewer donors our province is at a risk for a blood shortage. Therefore the Youth Rising team has signed up to be a Partner of Life for the Canadian Blood Services. As a Partner for Life our team has agreed to donate blood on a regular basis throughout the year in an effort to ensure that Canadian Blood Services have the resources they need to keep our community healthy.
